Our first product. A medium to dark roasted coffee blend, consisting of 100% Arabica coffee beans from South and Central America, the Caribbean and East Africa. Preferably the coffee should be used for Moka pot (Bialetti), espresso machines or Bean to cup machines. The coffee is low in acidity, strong in body but not too bitter, like in Italy. Espresso, latte macchiato or cappuccino are the ideal candidates for these beans!
Il vero italiano. Imagine you are on the Autostrada in Italy taking a break at one of these famous auto stops or in a bar in any italian city, that's it! 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta from South and Central America, the Caribbean and Asia will give you the real taste of south italian Espresso. Medium to dark roasted, suitable for Moka pot (Bialetti), espresso machines or bean to cup machines. Low to no acidity, a strong body with a hint of wood and nuts. Espresso and Cappuccino are the perfect fit for this coffee.
Colombia washed Arabica Finca Rio Blanco, organic. Grown in the region of Tolima at approx. 900 masl.
The roasting degree is medium/dark, suitable for Espresso machines, Bean to cup machines, French Press and Filter coffee. The taste is mild, medium acid, with a light to medium body,well balanced, aromatic and not bitter, with a very little bit of fruitiness. This coffee is ideal to prepare espresso, latte macchiato, cappuccino, french press, filter coffee and Americano. The all day, organic coffee.
The special one. Grown in the Guji region of Ethiopa at an altitude of 1900 - 2100 masl. this is our most special but also best selling coffee. The coffee is fully washed and medium roasted, it develops all it's special flavours best when it is prepared with French Press, Filter or with a Bean to cup machine. You will discover a decent acidity, a light to medium body and for sure hints of citrus or lime. Best use for Filter, French Press and Americano, also Latte Macchiato or Cappuccino can work with it.
Everybody's darling. This coffee comes from one of the most famous coffee growing regions in Guatemala, Lake Atitlan. It is grown at an altitude of 1500 - 1700 masl., processed in the semi-washed process and it is produced in a sustainable way, meeting specific requirements. The coffee is medium roasted and best used on Bean to cup machines, Filter and French Press. A well balanced acidity, body and full aroma develop best when prepared as Filter, French Press, Americano or even Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato. Coffee from Guatemala is a must in our portfolio!
